Highfield Level 2 award  for CCTV Operators (public space surveillance) in the private security industry
 
This is a three day course which consists of 2 modules, each with a practical assessment and multiple choice exam.

Principles and practices of working  as a CCTV operator in the private security industry
 
Prior learning is required, this consists of 1 work booklet and 2 online training courses, ACT Awareness and ACT Security, links and learning material is included in your course. Prior learning must be submitted before the start of your course.
 
Where a student has already completed a recent Door Supervision or Security Officer qualification this course can be completed in two days with no prior learning required. Certificates must be produced prior to the start of the course if the qualification was undertaken with a different training provider.
 
This qualification will allow you to apply for your SIA CCTV Operators licence, this will allow you to work in CCTV operator roles.
 
You must have a valid first aid certificate with a least 12 month remaining on it, or have completed our EFAW course prior to attending this course.
