Mark Hardy (“Olly”) is a member of the SDA Training Team specifically focused on security training Prior to joining SDA, Olly served with the Royal Military Police in a variety of roles which involved, investigations both police and terrorist related. Having served over nine years in Northern Ireland he commanded a sensitive team with the primary role of collating intelligence (both overt & covert) required by the Security Forces. He has employed as the personal bodyguard to HM Ambassadors worldwide, which involved delicate, sensitive and diplomatic liaisons in police & security issues. Responsible for planning/co-coordinating and advising on the security matters on all the Ambassador's daily routine and programme. He was instrumental in gaining accreditation, with Teesside University (School of Social Sciences and Law) for the Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) course which he delivered to delegates from around the world.
Mr John Welsh has 30years experience working within the private security industry. He has worked and operated in all types of environments ranging from private investigations to close protection. Spending the majority of his weekend nights working as a head door supervisor for a prestigious nightclub, John is the ideal candidate and instructor to impart his knowledge and skillset onto SDA learners. John has a fantastic success rate on all his courses and is responsible for training over a thousand door supervisors in the north east alone.

Mrs Lindsey Espin

Mr Anthony Peacock has 6 years experience working within the private security industry. Anthony has a range of experience working within the private sector ranging from the robust nighttime economy to the close protection industry , Anthony is the ideal candidate and instructor to impart his knowledge and skillset onto SDA learners.
Mrs Lindsey Espin has worked in various roles within the Pub industry, ranging from bartender to assistant manager. Lindsey is qualified in security and is an active personal licence holder. Lindsey's key skills are in customer service and her primary role within SDA is the before, during and after care service for the learner.
Mrs Andrea Edmundson
DIRECTOR OF TRAINING SDA
Mrs Andrea Edmundson's role within SDG is ensuring the that the back bone of the business is strong enough for the business to thrive. Andrea is security trained and has over 20 years experience in both the equine and canine industry. Andrea's Previous role was a kennel manager in a local charity kennels and is currently building SDG's Equine division. She has an extensive background in working animals.
Mr STEFAN COADA
DIRECTOR OF SERVICES SDG
Mr Stefan Coada is former Romanian Military Police with 12 years of Experience under his belt. He has policed and deployed internationally and been working within the UK's private security industry in a management role for a number of years. Stefan's primary role is to ensure that SDG's Clients needs are met.
